Bangladesh Rent-A-Car Terms & Condition:-

• Payment of rent should be paid after finished duty daily & monthly as per contract.
• Rental Rates are designed as per hourly basis. Beyond 10 hours duty, 10% charged for each extra hour. & Driver of the vehicle (Monthly basis) shall have to be paid over duty after 10 hours Taka BDT 70.00 Per hour after stipulated time of duty.
• User have to pay BDT 100.00 per day for driver’s food allowance, If duty late night like 09.00 PM than user have to pay per night BDT 150.00 for driver’s dinner allowance.
• If duty out of Dhaka car rental charges depends on duty distance and duration. Commonly should be add only BDT 500.00 per day on daily rental charges.
• Client is NOT ALLOWED to drive our vehicles.
• VAT & Tax should be provide by user, monthly rental rate wouldn’t include with it.
• Per month 25 Litter. Octane must be supply for start purpose. (Sedan & Microbus).
• 50% advance on booking & advance money not refundable.
• For airport pick / Drop rental rate is design only for two Hours and extra hour uses will be charged BDT 250.00 per hour.
• In case of night-stay outside Dhaka city, Driver’s outstation allowance will be charged BDT 800.00 per night stay to cover accommodation and food of the driver.
• Vehicle wise LOG SHEET to be signed on a regular basis by the user & the same will work as the basis of Invoice.
• Weekly & annual holidays would be as per your official system (Six days in a week). If user is willing to use vehicle in holiday, user will pay that day rent as per monthly average bill (payment).
• Rental Rate and KM Rate Will be increased and will effect with the increase of fuel price.
• Way expenses (toll, ferry etc.) to be borne by USER incase of journey outside Dhaka
• Bill will be paid the company/user by 05 (Five) working days from the date of submission of the bill / invoice by Bangladesh Rent-A-Car
